Healthians in collaboration with Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), has announced the launch of the On-The-Job Training programme of selected youth candidates who have enrolled in a dual training and skilling programme of B. Voc. MLT and Public Health/Short Term Programmes offered by the Sri Vishwakarma Skilling University. The partnership aims to create 3000 jobs within the next 36 months.

The purpose of this programme is primarily to facilitate and create a pool of qualified job-ready skilled resources in the diagnostic sector, which will meet the industry-specific requirements by getting into a joint training mode for the course being undertaken by SVSU in collaboration with Healthians to execute the dual model skilling programme.

The vocational training programme aims to promote job opportunities in the healthcare industry whilst offering quality training and education in the field of diagnosis, paramedical sciences and healthcare.

The genesis of this partnership is to ensure that apart from quality education and curriculum, students can also be provided with a practical learning environment by delivering hands-on training of skill-based educational programmes in the field of diagnostics and pathology.
