LGC, an international life sciences measurement and testing company, is hosting Proficiency Testing (PT) event in India for the first time- in Delhi on 24th September, Hyderabad on 25th September and Mumbai on 27th September.
LGC is the UK National Measurement Laboratory and Designated Institute for Chemical and Bio-Measurement. It is the largest private sector provider of proficiency testing services globally, operating in over 160 countries to over 12,000 laboratories.
LGC’s Global Director of Proficiency Testing, Dr. Brian Brookman will be personally supporting and speaking at the event. Dr. Brian is involved in driving good practice in both the participation in PT as well as the management and organisation of PT schemes. He is very active in a number of organisations, currently being the Chair of the ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) 17043 Working Group, Chair of the Eurachem Proficiency Testing Working Group, Chair of the EA-Eurolab-Eurachem (EEE) Joint Working Group on Proficiency Testing in Accreditation and Chair of the UK Working Group on Proficiency Testing.
