Every year, India grapples with the emergence of approximately 2.25 million new cancer cases, a number that continues to rise. As against the growing incidence of cancer, India does not have requisite infrastructure to treat such patients. The country needs around 1800 radiation therapy machines, against which there are around 900 currently. In addition, the consultancy has helped many multispecialty hospitals to establish dedicated cancer verticals within their premise, thereby widening the community access to high-quality cancer care across diverse geographies.
