"There are several challenges for an entrepreneur in healthcare, devising strategies to make healthcare affordable, upgrading technology which requires significant investment, cyber security to plug the leaks in data and information and many such issues. But the one that dominates is manpower which remains a major challenge in the healthcare industry. Skilled manpower jobs were expected to touch a 40 million mark in the year 2020, but we are all aware how the 2020 and the following year suffered setbacks due to the pandemic. With the markets opening up, we are hoping this canvass will change soon."
